This plan is being provided to you as a CAD drawing file. This is not a graphic image file, but a real house plan that can be modified or changed to suit your particular needs. House-Building grants a non-exclusive license to use and modify this plan to every purchaser. The plan has been drawn to the International Building Code 2000 standard. The plan cannot be sold, duplicated or used by anyone for any other purpose. It is solely for your use as a purchaser of the House Building Guide.

The CAD file has been zipped to compress the file size, making it smaller for downloading purposes. It is only about 1.2 MB.
